Refund policy

• Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery date. All returned pieces must be in new condition with all tags attached.
• Returns must be accompanied by receipt
• Please use a trackable method to ship your return
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• All sale items are final sale.
• All jewelry and hair accessories are final sale

 

Once we receive your return we will refund the card used in the original transaction less the shipping charge, if applicable. Please allow 3 days from arrival to process the return.
